I really enjoyed working with you on my trade in and purchase of my third Chevy Tahoe in a row from Ed Bozarth Chevrolet. Obviously you guys have proven to continuously take care of my needs. Dear Ed,

I would like to share the car buying experience that my wife and I had your Lone Tree location. In Mid February my wife and I visited your lot on a Saturday afternoon. Our intentions were clear to the salesperson Jim Kroger. We just wanted to look at used Suburban and price them. We soon saw one that was very sharp, took a test drive and were impressed with the car.

After the drive Jim took us in the office and spent time with us figuring out costs and payments. We did not purchase at that time.

However we were impressed with Jim and the patience he took with us. In Mid May as I drove by the lot on Saturday I noticed more used Suburban on the lot. I came home and got my wife and we headed to your dealership. Upon our arrival we asked for Jim Koger but he was with other customers at the time. Another of you sharp sales people, Brian Grimes, assisted us in driving the Suburban and the sales process. Both of these gentlemen did an outstanding job in assisting us with our purchase.

Another gentleman that made the experience a positive one was Jeff Quinn. During the paperwork process Saturday afternoon we were presented with one interest rate, but on the following Monday morning we were told that our rate had dropped 1%. That was great news.

I will recommend your dealership and staff to anyone looking for a car in the future. Thanks for the experience.

We purchased used 2006 Cobalt for our graduate son last night with the assistance of Jeff Reimers. Jeff was a true pleasure to work with. His professional appearance, manners and personality will have us coming back to your dealership.
